Guns pilfered
Between May 10-11, a thief opened an unlocked car in the 600 block of Sacred Heart Lane in Reisterstown, police said.
The thief took a Beretta Px4 Storm, a .45-caliber handgun, four loaded magazines, and one box of .45-caliber ammunition.
Tools taken
Between May 12-13, a robber entered a construction site in the 9700 block of Dolfield Road in Owings Mills, police said.
The robber cut padlocks and took two saws and eight drills, valued at $2,790.
Barn entered
Between May 9-10, a burglar entered an open barn in the 3500 block of Butler Road in Reisterstown, police said.
The burglar took a John Deere Gator XUV utility vehicle, weed eaters, chain saws, a pole saw, and hedge trimmers.
Alarm activated
On May 11, two people entered a fenced yard and activated an alarm in the unit block of Gwynns Mill Court in Owings Mills, police said.
The burglars stole a granite slab and put it into a Dodge Ram 1500 truck with Maryland license plates 73P212. Police arrested one person near the location and the other escaped.
Bag lifted
On May 9, a burglar entered an unlocked apartment window in the unit block of Foxmoor Court in Owings Mills, police said.
A silver bag containing baby items was taken.
Deadbolt broken
On May 12, a would-be burglar broke an apartment door deadbolt in the 200 block of Inchcape Circle in Owings Mills, police said.
The burglar did not gain entry and nothing was reported taken.
Door pried
On May 9, a man attempted to pry open a parking garage lobby door in the 9500 block of Sidebrook Road in Owings Mills, police said.
When someone saw the man, he fled the scene and did not gain entry.
Bike grabbed
Between May 8-10, someone got onto a porch in the unit block of Bon Oak Court in Reisterstown, police said.
An unsecured Mongoose Enix bike was taken.
Dirt bike stolen
Between May 10-12, a thief entered a garage in the 100 block of Tollgate Road in Owings Mills, police said.
The thief stole a blue and white Yamaha dirt bike, valued at $800.
